Just a quick update and a few pictures of my time in Florida. My stay has been wonderful... biking, kayaking, bird watching, gator sighting, and beaching (which for me means walking along the shoreline, collecting seashells, marveling at the beautiful sunsets, and kicking back at the beach bars) Ah, the life of a beach bum, I could get used to this. It has also been truly enjoyable spending a relaxed, extended stay with my family (not just a frenzied week-long vacation every year or two). I will be very sad to leave next month. (yes, next month!!! my departure date is set for May 30th)
